These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sheaf mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Springbloom ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@hellosheaf.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

All recipe content, meal plans, and nutritional information in the Service are provided for general informational and personal meal-planning purposes only. They are not medical or dietary advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or special dietary requirements.
We do not guarantee that any recipe is free from allergens. Always verify ingredients independently if you have severe food allergies.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription ("Premium"). If you purchase a subscription:
We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All content in the Service — including recipes, illustrations, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving the Service, without obligation to you.
The Service integrates with third-party services (Apple, Supabase, PostHog, Sentry, OneSignal, RevenueCat). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Springbloom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@hellosheaf.app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Informal resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@hellosheaf.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at https://hellosheaf.app/terms.
